Zali may be the realization of a dream, thirty many years within the making... within a kitchen area, in a house, in Beirut –a household that, similar to every single other household on the earth, was convinced that their mom’s cooking, was the ideal.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from comprehensive-time mother and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived almost all Breakfast of her life in Lebanon. For so extended, she beloved screening her personal recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't depart her property’s nest until eventually Zali supplied her that chance. Now, her homegrown joy and passion for cooking are for you personally and the world to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors which have designed the journey many of the way from Lebanon. You can take some of them again household!
We connect with them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: many different home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can get and try. They are really prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back again house. “Mouneh”is usually a Lebanese tradition of preserving foodstuff across the seasons.
