Zali is definitely the realization of a desire, thirty yrs in the earning... inside a kitchen area, in a here home, in Beirut –a relatives that, identical to every other family members on earth, was certain that their mom’s cooking, was the top.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from entire-time mom and grandmother to total-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived a lot of her life in Lebanon. for thus extended, she liked testing her personal recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion did not depart her home’s nest right until Zali supplied her that chance. Now, her homegrown joy and fervour for cooking are to suit your needs and the world to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors which have manufactured the journey each of the way from Lebanon. You will take many of them back again home!
We phone them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a variety of home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should buy and take a look at. They are prepared by our chef or made by farmers back property. “Mouneh”is a Lebanese custom of preserving meals over the seasons.
